Bug Description

During installation we need to record the persona used in some form that will let the start/stop operations run without having to specify the persona again.

Done differently now, there is now a complete copy of the last entered cli options stored @ /etc/anvil/settings.yaml
This is then looked for the next run and will be used to populate the optparse defaults so due to that it will pickup the last persona that was used (+ other settings) as well.
