nova help doesn't show a command to get the console log (it exists in the API and is exposed in the dashboard)

    Adding Console Log to CLI

      * Fixes bug 957518
      * Command is as follows: nova console-log <serverid> --length=20
      * Also updated the readme with new cli output.
