Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdelibs

there is no way of installing mp3 support just by clicking on an mp3 file to open it in amarok and on the following 'install mp3 support' button in the pop up window. amarok crashes most of the times, or clicking that button has no effects. in this particolar case, the whole X server decided it was time to restart.

1) are you on Fiesty?

2) can you check #77059 to see if this is the same problem? If so please mark this bug as duplicate.
