Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
This is to fix a regression[1] introduced by the resent sync of redmine-1.3.2+dfsg1-1.

Can you please send a full upstream changelog? How much was the new version tested with packages that depend on it, such as redmine, thin, ruby-sinatra, and so on? Any API changes?

@Martin: For whatever reason, syncrequest only added the last line of the changelog. I must have used a wrong switch. Here is a link to the changelog[1].

Regarding testing, zero has been done by me. I'm assuming this was done by the original person who sync'd redmine in the first place.

Paul: Martin is talking about the upstream changelog, not the Debian changelog.

requestsync included the only new Debian changelog entry, quite correctly.

This was needed to fix redmine, but it was fixed in another way and is no longer required. Marking as "Won't Fix".
