Bug Description
Web stats show a dramatic drop in PDF downloads after removing the PDF button from the landing pages. Restoring it gives us those stats back and makes the PDF easier to find.
The index.html files in /www should point to the corresponding PDF files where available.

Fix bug 977447, adding PDF links, also adds Ubuntu 12.04 Starter Guide to www.
Adds PDF links to root, trunk and essex landing pages.
