Bug Description

https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/965826 should have a gerrit change associated with it, but doesn't. I also noticed earlier today that a git-review bug didn't get updated.

So I'm guessing the bug linking scripts are unhappy. Launchpad perms again perhaps?

The first hook to run was waiting on a launchpad login. All the other events since then were queued. After killing the waiting process, the rest ran.
