Bug Description

In the Keystone -> Setting Up Tenants, Users, and Roles portion of the document found here:

http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/install/content/setting-up-tenants-users-and-roles.html

The command under the line "Grant the admin role to the swift user in the service tenant." is missing the id for the user to be added.
