Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
I have encountered a weird inability to move my program icons in the upper gnome-panel. At least, certain icons don't move past a certain point. This is not a locked icon or so, it seems to be an invisible part of the panel. Still, while I just click 'hold (drag) the icon, it is partly moveable. But right-click 'move' it does not work (is for me a better method to move these things around as it indicates better where it goes).
My panel is 28 pixels high and 1050 pixels wide, the problem occurs around 1/3 of the width from the left side.

Thank you for your bug. What version of Ubuntu do you use? I don't confirm that on my feisty desktop, weird bug
