Carve Helium (0.02) Released

A cross-platform, open-source SVG editor built upon Qt 4.5 Beta. This is the second functional release. New features include:
- syntax highlighting for SVG elements and attributes
- ability to set your font family and size in the text editor
- a dockable DOM browser panel to view the DOM tree
- remembers recently opened files
