A podcast client including a Javascript podcast parser using https://github.com/isaacs/sax-js/ and a QML gui.

What works at this moment:
* Adding new podcasts, storing podcast picture in file system, storing data in database
* Putting episode data into database (with shownotes)
* Playing the episode's enclosure file from the server, reading the shownotes

What doesn't work yet:
* Caching/Downloading the episode's enclosure files
* Chapter markers (partial support on the parser side is already there)
* Visual indicators when downloads or other stuff is happening
* ..
