Chunks and entire worlds can be exported to a zip archive. Re-enabled chunk deletion.

- Render the correct color for wool blocks in the surface view
- Completed zip export feature
- Fixed error in build script that prevented block textures from making it into the executable jar
- Chunk deletion is now enabled again
