an experimental, lightweight desktopcouch alternative
This may or may not go anywhere, but it has been productive learning more about CouchDB admin, and getting a feel for how light desktopcouch could become. Overall, it's a lot simpler than desktopcouch:
* No keyrings - the auth tokens are generated each time the dc3-service process starts
* No couchdb.html file - instead there is the `dc3 Futon` command
* Has a single point to get all needed information... the GetEnv() DBus method
* You can call the above DBus method with `dc3 GetEnv`
