  * New upstream release.
  * Upstream relicensed under Perl's licensing terms (more liberal than the
    previous GPL-only status). Update debian/copyright.
  * Build-depend on libmodule-install-perl (>= 0.40), since
    Module::AutoInstall is missing from inc/.
