Incorrect item capitalization in panel menus

Bug Description

In English menu items that don't consist of user-entered text, all words should
be capitalized, except for articles conjunctions and prepositions of three
letters or fewer, which shouldn't be, except for the last word in an item, which
should be. (This is all Gnome HIG, except for the last bit, which the HIG forgot
but which is why we have "Save As..." rather than "Save as...".)

Anyway, five items in Ubuntu's panel menus need capitalization fixes. While
you're there you can improve their wording too.
* "Four-in-a-row" -> "Four-in-a-Row"
* "Xsane Image scanning program" -> "Image Scanner"
* "Recording level monitor" -> "Recording Level Monitor"
* "Run as different user" -> "Run as Someone Else..."
* "Shared folders" -> "Shared Folders"

gnome-desktop is a library and the "About GNOME" dialog, that's not the right
place for this bug

Ready to close the bug? They all were fixed in upstream CVS in June.

In breezy w/updates to 092105, the menu item for Xsane is still "Xsane Image
scanning program". I guess an upstream bug needs to be filed, or is the Xsane
entry and Ubuntu specific one?

some of the non-upstream changes are still to do, that's a detail but we are
UI/string frozen atm

xsane is now "Xsane Image Scanner" which seems constent with things like "GIMP Image Editor"

can this be closed now?

Marked as fixed, only gksuexec has not been changed but it's not listed by default with dapper and I've forwarded the suggestion to the Debian BTS, the Debian maintainer being upstream for it

i had a read of http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/2.0/design-text-labels.html#layout-capitalization

is there a reference for the "Save as" vs "Save As"?
Nautilus has
"Edit -> Send to..."

GIMP has
"File -> Save as ..."
"Layer -> Transform -> Rotate 90 degrees CW"
"Layer -> Transform -> Rotate 90 degrees CCW"
"Layer -> Transform -> Rotate 180 degrees"

OpenOffice Write has
"Insert -> Formating Mark -> Non-breaking space"
"Insert -> Formating Mark -> Non-breaking hyphen"
"Insert -> Formating Mark -> Optional hyphen"
"Format -> Group -> Exit group"
"Tools -> Spelling check"
"Help -> Translate this application"
