main/restricted deb sources disabled during breezy->dapper upgrade

Bug Description

Invalid package information

After your package information was updated the essential package 'ubuntu-base' can not be found anymore.
This indicates a serious error, please report this as a bug.

I get this error when updating from Breezy Badger to Dapper.

Please let me know what to do.

Follwoing is my sources.list file, it does have references to the breezey, what shall I do with that.

So, somehow you managed to disable the main and restricted package
sources. This is the reason why ubuntu-base cannot be found any more.

How did you do the upgrade? With apt-get, aptitude, the
update-notifier GUI, ... ?
