Bug Description

This will have to be bumped in Edgy, (I'm sorry, but I'm not sure of all the protocols I have to go through to do that), but the new bittorrents seem much improved, including building with GTK instead of wxWidgets, zeroconf support, threaded disk I/O, and most importantly, changing options at run time for the console versions. Seems like a very nice thing to have.

Marking Ubuntu's bittorrent as "affected" -- will it ever be possible for Ubuntu to get a bittorrent4 package? I understand that removing BT 3.4 will break a lot of BT frontends, so how about a bittorrent4 package in Edgy?

As I don't have a spare lawer, is it (please) possible for someone who knows what the licensing issues are to list them.

No offense, but its not very helpful when people ask for an explanation, or even just a link, and someone says "go search for it".
