Dmedia 11.09 "Core"
This release will focus on the dmedia core, on the critical code that ensures the user's data is protected. This is the ramp-up to getting dmedia production-ready. This cycle will see some substantial changes in the dmedia core, plus a few new features, while during the 11.10 cycle, little change will occur to the dmedia core, and we'll instead focus on validation.
In terms of big shake ups to expect, we'll:
* Migrate from python-couchdb to microfiber... microfiber will shortly be getting oauth support, under both Python2 and Python3
* Migrate from Python2 to Python3... python3-gobject seems good to go in Oneiric, but this does mean we can't run on anything older than Oneiric.
* Migrate from internal filestore to new stand-alone filestore and final dmedia hashing protocol... looks like we wont have to port PySkein to Python2 after all!

Ported to Python3, ported to new external FileStore, ported from python-couchdb to Microfiber, made UI development process very natural for web-developers.
dmedia-service and file import UX haven't been brought back up yet, will land early in 11.10 cycle.
Between dmedia 11.08 and 11.09... 14k line diff! Whoa!
