Perhaps someday this will all be unified, but at the moment, this is just an amalgam of documentation-
dylan-tools now includes rdoc for Dylan and a ruby-dylan bridge (very alpha). I am currently working with other Dylan folks to convert the Treetop grammar for Dylan into the Dylan PEG so it can be used in the new Dylan in-code standard documentation system. d-lang-tools is very incomplete, but I expect to finish the parser sometime, with no particular purpose in mind. podfile-tools has a complete podfile parser and should soon offer conversion from podfiles to xml, html, etc. manpage editor uses pod as the format for editing, and then uses pod2man to convert to actual manpages. Much as I would like to, I doubt I am going to replace pod2man with a ruby script in the near future. A variety of other parsers are in the works, including Ruby (from the top-down ruby grammar) and Python (oh, making Treetop do what it wasn't designed for is so much fun).
