DocMailer is a very simple tool to get your paper documents organized.
First of all DocMailer can scan your documents, OCR them, make a text-embedded pdf from it and eMail it t yourself with the text from the document in the eMail. It also takes almost any image file (scan or photograph of a document), extract the text from it and put it in the eMail.
You can choose the subject of the eMail manually, so that you can search for it also if the OCR was not successful. The image is attached to the eMail and it is send to an eMail-adress you set in the config - most likely your own one.
That way all your documents will be in an archive you have in your everyday workflow. Furthermore you will be able to search for your documents.
