Container service that will be both a high level abstraction for sets of cloud resources and a way to externally represent a container (think package)

Infrastructure is important but not interesting. It's the stuff we need to do the stuff that matters. The promise of openstack is to provide that infrastructure in a way that is accessible to all. Donabe is going to be the interesting stuff on top.
