Festcat aims to provide high quality Catalan voices to Festival Speech System.

HTS voices give the best results, and are much smaller than clunits voices.
Text input encoding is expected to be Latin-1 although we are working on UTF-8 support.

FestCat is a project developed by the TALP Research Center at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
