FFMPEG built with CUDA enabled for x64 and Jetson devices
Most ffmpeg apt packages are built for the lowest common denominator. This apt (badly) attempts to host versions enabled with CUDA. Various versions (ffmpeg 4.x and 5.x) will be attempted and are meant for x64 (currently jammy) machines and Jetson (focal/eventually jammy)
