This software is in fact a simple frontend to btsco and modprobe/rmmod, it detects bluetooth devices near your computer using python-bluez, shows them in a list you can select and connect to them (using btsco).
Then you'll see a new soundcard you can use in all softwares that allows soundcard selection.
