Gettext support for gkeyfile when accessing .desktop files

This patch fixes the bug :-)

This is the current OpenSUSE patch, which prefers the inline translations over the ones acquired with gettext(). In hindsight, this is a better approach, since it unbreaks local renaming of desktop files, and is probably more palatable for upstreaming. It is also in line with the recent similar change in gconf (bug 123025).

I'll port that over to Ubuntu and send it upstream.

This also requires a change in our cdbs' langpack.mk, to strip out the translations from .desktop files.

I Have had a bios bug since I have had the computer can't use it. I think that your company should send
me a new stepnote 1500! I'm serious, It's been more troble than what I paid for it.
