gMVC is a PHP library based on a Model-View-Controller architecture, targeted at the 'small project' developments, though should be perfectly usable by groups and projects of any size. This enables projects using gMVC to keep it's web-page design free from the technical restraints often imposed by pages designed in the more common monolithic manner so popular with smaller projects.
