The main changes in this release are:
- Performance enhancements to BitmapData and Graphics ops.
- IE9 support.
- BlurFilter based on a box blur algorithm.
- Improvements into bounding box calculations.
- XMLSocket class that uses websockets.
- A software-based Graphics.drawTiles method, to mirror NME's one.
- backware compatibility with haxe 2.07
- Lots and lots of bug fixes.

Note: Firefox 8 with GPU acceleration seems to be a bit buggy. You can turn
off GPU acceleration in the settings, or switch to nightly releases, where
they seem to have fixed the issues.
