An XMPP Component/Transport for XMPP itself, to maintain long term connections to a remote XMPP server and cache messages so that roving users can pick them up from various client connections.

JibberJabber maintains a connection to a remote XMPP server in order to:
 - Cache messages that are sent while no connections exist to the local server
 - Deliver cached messages separately to each local resource, allowing users to roam without risk of missing messages
 - Provides a plugin architecture for customised handling of messages passing through the proxy
 - Implements the Boxcar (http://boxcar.io) API to provide iDevice push notifications of messages received while offline
