We really needed a dead-simple, no configuration timepicker for jQuery, all the others were too complex and heavy -- so we created this one.
Nothing much to say about it. You pick a text input element and apply it. Then it works, copying important css from the original and making it behave like it should, nothing fancy. No configuration and options, we hate that.
