Provides a low-level interface to decode audio frames encoded using DTS Coherent Acoustics. DTS Coherent Acoustics streams are commonly found on DVDs, DTS audio CDs and some radio broadcastings. libdts also provides downmixing and dynamic range compression for various output configurations.
