The Simplicity Presentation Toolkit aims to make creating sexy presentations easy. It leverages existing OSS libraries and programs - such as inkscape, latex, libpoppler, clutter, gstreamer - to do what they do best, and uses them to create nice presentations.
Currently, Simplicity Presentation Toolkit is just a proof-of-concept python library that allows the creation of presentations with simple python scripts. In the future it would be interesting to make a GUI application with a simplistic UI and dragndrop philosophy that would make creating the python scripts very simple.
