Now the passwords are stored in the password manager. If you have different
accounts on the same server with several calendars in each account you must
choose *one* account at Calendar startup. You can only load calendars from this
one account all others fail.
When the passwords were stored in CalendarManager.rdf this worked. The password
manager is the better way, but it must save the username/password for each
calender separately.

one server
several accounts with passwords
calendar in each account
subscribe to all
try to load them on startup

Actual Results:
only calendars from one account are loaded

load all calendars
