Ship Bytecode, not binary
For performance, maintainer simplicity, multiarch flexability.
This effort is to make DEBs pre-inst (for most binary packages) run a script to either compile bytecode via LLVM or prepare the links for interpretation of the bytecode (depending on performance needs).

Currently there is no code developed yet as we're in the research phase.
The first goal is to compile a simple package in DEB's pre-inst before installing it.
