The members of the LSU CompSoc wish to have a coding project that anyone can get involved with. This would require coding a backend framework to join an IRC network, and to join a number of channels, then to provide services as provided through the module framework.

Ideally, this will be authenticated through the existing LSUCS web system, and draws upon existing IRC services as provided by the IRC network
