Release notes
* Added Database.database() method, similar to Server.database(), returns a Database instance using the same Context
* Added Attachment namedtuple and encode_attachment() function
* CouchBase.get_att() now returns an Attachment namedtuple rather a standard tuple (no computability break with 12.10)
* Cleaned up some cruft in the unit tests, removed setup.py test --auth option
* Fixed Sphinx doc build failure on Raring
