- FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS:

 - To use MiniINI without STL support, macro MINIINI_NO_STL now must be used
   instead of INI_NO_STL. Modified tutorial accordingly.

- BUGFIXES:

 - Fixed a memory leak in INISection::ArraySize()

 - Fixed conflicts with windows.h and renamed most macros.

 - Fixed a bug in documentation.
