The Minimal Desktop Environment is a suite of applications carefully selected and organized to be as lightweight (and as minimal) as possible.
This DE does not guarantee all applications are lightweight. Instead, it guarantees there are as few applications as possible. To that end, MDE only comes with a select few programs, and only three are started by default -- one of which is a window and can be closed.
This project only contains an install script. As of now, there is no MDE-specific software.
