@Melanie: nice catch. It is similar as it seems a long(er) running thread, the _live_migration_monitor, keeps running after the actual test that started it has already finished. Then when the monitor awakes and try to record an instance fault that fails as the test cleanup already removed the DB under it. At least I was able to decode that much so far from the stack trace. I will keep digging this...
