NSsbackup Plugin Project merged in NSsbackup

Hello,

I have now set up a new packaging strategy that permits to keep the code of nssbackup plugins on the same stream as nssbackup. So The NSsbackup Plugin project has been deleted.

What does it mean for Users ?
That now, when you download NSsbackup source, you gets also the plugins with it.
When doing a tar.gz installation you have the plugins by default.
The plugins version follows NSsbackup version.
You will always have the plugins in the PPA cause I won't need to maintain the 2 projects separately.
