Multi-cloud management with Openstack API. This service enables management of public cloud resources such as AWS, Azure, GCE, etc. with the same Openstack API as openstack based clouds.
As cloud based services become the norm, vendor lock-in is becoming a major concern. When enterprises deploy their workloads on multiple public and private clouds, lack of common standard to operate the cloud infrastructure complicates cloud operations for the enterprise IT and developers. This project gives the ability to use Openstack API to control multiple public clouds. By having a standard open API to control and manage different cloud resources, the multi-cloud management complexities are greatly simplified. Vendor lock in is partially solved by designing tools to work with Openstack API instead of vendors propriety API.
