Add geolocalisation of the calling party

This new feature is not directly related to OpenERP, but it's very usefull and fun... and that's what we like in the OpenERP-Asterisk connector ! So, with the new version of the script "get_cid_name.py" that I just commited in the 6.1 branch, the phone numbers that are not found in OpenERP will be geolocalised and it will display the country name and city name corresponding to the phone number on the IP phone of the user. Note that if the phone number of the calling party is geolocalized in the same country as the user, then only the city name is displayed.
Run "get_cid_name.py --help" to get all the information about the new options for geolocalisation: --geoloc, --geoloc-country and --geoloc-lang.
