Open Outpost 0.3
There are four new features to add.
Colonists:
* Each person is an individual object.
Building active check:
* The colony connected structure list can manage the production of colony structures
* Structure objects (or the structure manager) can check if the structure has the needed power to function.
Food production and consumption:
* Argidomes now produce food, colonists consume them
* Inadequate food production can damage colonist health
Colonist birth and death:
* Some code exists in the old pygame prototype, investigate feasibility
* Death will be implemented first
* Birth will be implemented next, as it is more complicated (tracking women who can have children, and track their pregencies. Each turn will currently represent a month for simplicity. Details in blueprint)
Additional refinements will be made for existing code and structure along the way.
