    Add a note about running with multiple hypervisors

    fixes bug 1048879

    As in the bug report, from Folsom onwards, nova supports using
    multiple hypervisors. This patch removes the old contradictory text
    and places links to the relevant scheduling filters that are needed
    for this to work.
