Phase I second alpha release

We've released a second alpha of the Phase I functionality (version 0.8.1). This release primarily fixes bugs found in the first alpha release. Please report any new bugs you find in the Bugs section here on Launchpad, or ping us on Medsphere.org if you're not sure how to get started.
