This is a project started by two real life friends who found they shared the same need in their two different work environments. Coffeeburrito wants to display in-house employee information cards from an Active Directory back-end already in place at his job. Nebajoth wants to fetch customer records from an LDAP server used at the Internet Service Provider he works at. This is an experiment in open sourciness, and we seek to make it sufficiently abstract as to scratch itches for many in enterprise environments. Feel free to send patches to either of us.
