this is basiclaly as fixed as it is going to be in os-vif and ovsdbapp

the actual fix was in ovs
the mitigation for ti are also merged in os-vif and ovsdbapp master (since xena)

i have proposed backports to os-vif down to train
and we can review them as normal.
