New tool to convert Vietnamese fonts to Unicode !

You will now find a new tool in the OvniConv project: tttuconv
This is a tool to convert TCVN encoded Vietnamese fonts to Unicode.
This way, we can keep using the same font when converting a document to Unicode, which should save a lot of display and print troubles!
Beware: it's a crude hack for now and requires at least FontTool 2.2 (released this may 2008).
