Tools to convert office documents from old Vietnamese encodings to Unicode encoding.

There is more than 12 Vietnamese language encodings existing, some among these using dedicated Vietnamese fonts.

The Vietnam has decided to move to Unicode in 2001 and is exploring the use of OpenOffice.org since 2007.

This project aims to provide tools for converting office documents to help in the move from old Vietnamese encodings to Unicode encoding.
