Perlbot is a fork from Votebot, developed by nhandler. We use alot of the same code, but perlbot includes more channel functions than Votebot. It's generally more useful for holding a channel, executing channel operations and the such, besides just voting. Perlbot also includes nhandler's voting methods, along with a cleaner looking code.
