v 0.3.2 Important fixing

Written for CLI alternative for PHP by Eugenia Bahit on 2015-02-10

In the version 0.3.1 the empty code stack function not works fine. This bug was fixed at the 0.3.2 version that is available for download as Debian package in the Download section.
