The PHP MusicBrainz project is a port of libmusicbrainz3 from C++ to PHP. This allows queries to a Musicbrainz server to be made in PHP, to add music data functionality to your project. The library is currently being rewritten to allow queries to the Musicbrainz Next Generation Schema WebService (/ws/2).

Based on the code from timofy.co.uk, and flowerysong.com, this project exists to allow forks to be tracked and changes merged back into a central location.
